I have the same problem (and more) as of yesterday. I had assumed that maybe all of the KDE4.3b1 packages hadn't been uploaded yet and that my issues were caused by version mismatches. But, I have the same problem today, at the point where they're uploading a lot of new apps that are dependent on .85.
