Fixed packages have been pushed to the development version of Kubuntu
9.10. Until the packages hit jaunty-backports, you can access this fix
through the KDE 4.2.3 packages in the Kubuntu PPA.
Since this is fixed in the development version of Kubuntu 9.10, I am
closing this bug.
