Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

I don't have much to add to the summary. When I select Last.fm and
then select a title in "Similar Artists Radio", the generated playlist
show a tune in the list twice, one after the other. At the moment,
playing artists similar to Lorraine Feather, I see "Lola" by Jacqui
Taylor listed twice and later "No More (Bambo)" by Dee Dee Bridgewater
listed twice.

This occurred in the distributed package of Kubuntu 9.04 with the latest
updates as of 5/16/09. Specifically rhythmbox 0.12.0-0ubuntu4.
