Public bug reported:

During boot the following message is displayed:

[ 1.759033] ACPI: Invalid PBLK length [0]

Then the login screen appear dimmed. Following the login the normal
screen backlighting is resumed.

Here is the bug:

If the laptop is put in suspend state (function keys or via menu) it
fails to resume from suspend state. The behavior was not observed (error
message was still there) during the testing from live cd.

At one point in trying to resume the computer, i got a message from the
sata controller about the wrong block assess number.

Please advise what to patch or modify to make the suspend work again.

Machine is Acer Aspire AS4530-6823

Thanks
