Thanks for looking at the bug. Where it stands is ubuntu can print to the
Epson Stylus Photo 820, but cannot clean the heads or change the print
cartridge. Ergo by necessity I have to keep Windows dual boot. The required
Epson utility appears on the bottom Windows toolbar row, runs readily from
Windows but will not run from Wine.
I'd like to switch to 100% ubuntu however here's a case where ubunto won't do
the job.
