Public bug reported:

I have noticed that the snd_mtpav module which is for the MOTU
MidiTimePiece AV multiport MIDI drives my MOTU PC-Midi Flyer 2x2 port
MIDI adapter (both are parallel port devices), however any output seems
to go to device port 'B'. I haven't tested MIDI input.

My humble request is that the module gets updated so it recognises and
supports the MOTU PC-Midi Flyer 2x2 port MIDI adapter.

I'm willing to do tests on my Hardy x86_64, later on other platforms as
well.

Thanks!
