laptop of samsung R458 with Geforce 9200 GS(NVIDIA driver version 180.11)
.Brightness can not be adjusted in ubuntu 8.10.
(1) Fn+uparrow and downarrow
doesn't work
(2) system->preference->power managements
doesn't work
(3)sudo sh -c "echo -n 10 > /proc/acpi/video/NVID/LCD/brightness"
doesn't work
(4)disable the driver
(1)still doesn't work but (2) and (3) work.
