Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unattended-upgrades

I have unattended-upgrades installed, and the following config:

Unattended-Upgrade::Allowed-Origins {
        "Ubuntu jaunty-security";
        "Ubuntu jaunty-updates";
};
Unattended-Upgrade::Package-Blacklist {
};

Yet, I have a notification that update information is out of date, and
nothing has been logged in /var/log/unattended-upgrades since I upgraded
to 9.04. Let me know what else I can provide to help find the cause.
