Qt 4.5.1 does break the version of Amarok shipped with Kubuntu by
default; the center pane starts to throw a fit. (fixed in 2.1, but we
can't SRU that either.), So while we'd love to SRU this (it fixes quite
a few bugs), it just isn't possible given the regressions involved and
the amount of apps at risk for potential regression. It will probably be
possible to eventually backport 4.5.1 given enough testing, though.
