Binary package hint: notify-osd
When a notification appears, if you happen to be dragging something,
releasing overtop of the notification will make whatever you were
dragging zip back where it came from instead of completing. The expected
behaviour, I presume, is that the notification has no effect and cannot
be interacted with. I was able to produce this by dragging around icons
on the desktop, and dragging a picture from Firefox.
