I think it would be best if you guys defaulted to compat_net=0 rather
than compat_net=1, not sure how you are getting it set that way, do you
still have the SECURITY_SELINUX_ENABLE_SECMARK_DEFAULT Kconfig option?
I thought that was dropped back in
