Hasn't Brainstorm effectively fulfilled this request for features? It
is used to get feedback on ideas from the community, and can include
documentation as well. Also, is there anything wrong with filing a bug
against ubuntu-docs specifically for documentation, or a blueprint as
Shane suggested?
