I think that Rafael is right. I deleted the password from the list of passwords and firefox doesn't crash anymore.

However you are right that it has to do with javascript. The form is generated with javascript (document.write) - but still the autofill of the password manager causes the crash. So if you save a password and reload the page firefox crashes. However if you save the pasword and delete it (from the saved passwords) afterwards you can access the page again. The javascript code is unchanged. And there is also no javascript error in the console.
