Packages has made it into Debian recently, with a couple of changes and
improvement compared to 0.4.9-0ubuntu1:
* new upstream bugfix release 0.4.11;
* dependency + patch to use packaged python-configobj rather than included
stock copy;
* updated init script;
* minor improvements (mostly syntax changes) to copyright file.
