Public bug reported:
The dac/amp worked when I had it plugged in and installed ubuntu. It
only stopped working once I had unplugged it and plugged it back in. Now
it will only function if I 'sudo alsa force-reload' and then run apps
under sudo. The normal user cannot get any sound out of it anymore.
