Public bug reported:

Hi,

This is happening with OOo 3.1.0 on Ubuntu 8.10. I think that this is a
planned code because I've seen the same issue in Microsoft Office years
back and have recently retested it and it still is there.

The issue is that when you start numbering if you write more than one
line and it goes to the next you can't just space the second line over.
You can push tab and it will shift to the right but spacing does
nothing. I don't understand how this is at all functional and feel like
you should be able to space something whenever you want, not sure why
bullets or numbering should lock the line in place for spacing.

Thanks all

I have attached a simple document, as you can see for the second bullet
you can't space the second line.
