I tried that model-basic, and it *seems* to work. because I can see at pulse audio server the microphone is working, and when I run skype, this gets the internal mic working, but I cannot hear my voice at skype call test.
alsom, gnome recorder records a lot of noise, I don't know what is going on, I tried to change the preferences/sound back to ALSA, but it didn't work.
