Hi, I have a Dell Latitude D620, with the nVidia video card, and I've been experiencing the same problem for 2 about weeks now (before everything was fine). Hibernate seems OK except for the 3 lines with "failed to resubmit", but when it comes to rebooting, it doesn't resume; it restarts normally.
I can't remember what it is I've installed that causes the "regression", I installed Ubuntu only last month and since, I've been trying many softwares so see which ones better suit my needs.
