I followed every step in this tutorial
http://wiki.cchtml.com/index.php/Ubuntu_Jaunty_Installation_Guide ,
and still i can't get my ATI Radeon HD 4850 X2 to work in Jaunty. I don't want
to use the open source driver because my video card has 2 coolers on it that
start working like crazy if they are not controlled by a driver (and they're
pretty noisy too).
I don't know if this problem only affects x86_64.
I attached my Xorg.log , maybe someone will find some useful debug info
there,
