Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: update-manager
On small resolution, 1/3 of the space is used for title and subtitle, even when
the window is maximized.
Title and subtitle labels should use all the window width to be displayed and
use a "word wrapping" system when the window is resized.
Following attached pictures shows how it's now, and how it should be.
