This is not a feature request: hover text for language names is not a
feature. Instead, this seems to be a bug report that is missing a
description of the actual problem.
What is the problem you are trying to solve? It is likely there is a
solution to the problem that is more visible than hover text.
In Canonical user testing of oem-config, we have noticed that people
click the language they want, and then are confused when nothing
happens. Is that the same problem you're seeing, or is it something
else?
