I beg to differ; yes, is an old issue, but still an issue. After the last update I have update two more times and rebooted many more, and still no fix for this problem, I did install from the official repositories and not directly from Mozilla's web page.
If any of you have a plausible answer I will have to uninstall this application and use anything else, but, I was more comfortable using Mozilla's Thunderbird than Evolution. -- Best regards.
