[needs-packaging] webmin

Webmin is a web-based interface for system administration for Unix.
Using any modern web browser, you can setup user accounts, Apache, DNS,
file sharing and much more. Webmin removes the need to manually edit
Unix configuration files like /etc/passwd, and lets you manage a system
from the console or remotely. See the standard modules page for a list
of all the functions built into Webmin, or check out the screenshots.

URL: http://webmin.com
License: BSD
Notes: Now for a few years Supports the "root doesn't have a password and
sysadmins use sudo"-style of ubuntu. So you don't need to "enable" the
root-user (which is stupid in most cases)

** Description changed:

- I'm not sure why webmin isn't included with Kubuntu. I checked, and the
- licensing info says: "All recent versions of Webmin are under a BSD-like
- licence, meaning that it may be freely distributed and modified for
- commercial and non-commercial use."

- So it seems like it should be OK to include it in Kubuntu.
-
- I used to use webmin under Mandriva, and it was a great centralized
- place to administer almost everything.
