Problem: typing skips. I had an install of Ubuntu 8.10 and did not see a "typing skips" problem.
I uninstalled Ubuntu 8.10 when trying to correct another problem (system was not recognizing my wireless card). In 9.04 Jaunty, I have a keyboard problem. I will be typing along, and the cursor will suddenly skip to somewhere else on the page. This is regardless of application. THE FOLLOWING IS WHAT ENDS UP HAPPENING. Problem: typing skips.
