Public bug reported:
minimized windows cannot be unminimized:
when I minimize a window, its title appears in brackets in the window list
applet in the panel.
so far so good.
when I click on such a title, if becomes bold and the background becomes darker,
but the window does NOT become visible (unminimized).
the same happens when I right click on the title and select "unminimized".
whatever other menu items I select, nothing happens - the window can never be
brought back.
_sometimes_, for _some_ windows, they can be brought back using Alt-TAB,
but this is not reliable.
