Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: evolution
Hi,
my file associations for attachments inside of evolutions are broken. If
i right click a file attachment i only get "open in texteditor" and
"save as" (or named likely as it's a german client).
If i store the file to my desktop and click it there it opens normaly in
evince or openoffice (e.g.) So in nautilus they seem to work well.
The gnome boards suggest that my gnome mime type database is corrupted
but who knows and even worse how to rebuild it.
It's a fresh installation just a few weeks old.
Details:
System Ubuntu 8.10
