* fixed FTBFS (LP: #374926):
- debian/rules: adding --install-layout=deb to handle new python2.6
directories structure.
- debian/control: bumped python-dev version to 2.6.1-0ubuntu1 in order
to handle correctly --install-layout and for backport purposes.
