Public bug reported:
i had installed gtkch-theme from repositories in ubuntu that is another
way to change the theme in gnome but there is too the other menu in
appareance from system menu. i noted that if i select a theme in gtkch-
theme application and another different in the other menu(in appearence
from system) this makes a mix of both themes and for that reason i
completelly uninstalled the gtkch-theme but it seems yet affecting my
sistem and if i change the theme in appearence menu from system it makes
a mix of both and i must to install again the gtkch-theme application
from repositories to put the same theme in both for not have mixing
and i'm tired of that.
i think that's a big problem in ubuntu with package management because if i
install for example amarok and i had there a lot of music and personalized
configuration and i uninstall it and install it again, it stills same with any
change, i suppose one should reimport all files again and reconfigure too.
I HOPE THAT YOU HELP ME WITH MY THEMES PROBLEMS.!!!!!
