Public bug reported:
i think summary says everything. if i dont move the mouse for over 5
second and in other times 20 o more all windows put inactive themselves.
i didn't find any configuration that causes that, i tried desactivating
the screensaver but that did't work i think the problem is another. i'm
using ubuntu 9.04 (this version really sucks)
