This bug is fixable by
cd /usr/share/myspell/dicts
sudo ln -s nl.aff nl_BE.aff
sudo ln -s nl.aff nl-BE.aff
sudo ln -s nl.dic nl-BE.dic
sudo ln -s nl.dic nl_BE.dic
