please don't mix the two bug reports here. This bug is about an "Abort" on
startup (I'll fix the summary to avoid this confusion) and *this particular
bug* has been fixed. Bug #277926 is about the "segmentation fault" you're
experiencing (and there seems to be progress on that one as well). Please add
any comments for that bug at #277926.
