When accessing GMail's IMAP store, Evolution will stall indefinitely
(does not hang, just stall) with messages:
Retrieving message XXXX (...) and Checking For New Mail (...) in the bottom
task bar.
Evolution retrieved the initial mbox and structure just fine.
