3) I always run irssi within screen, but occasionally I forget to start
irssi within screen. There used to be a really helpful feature that
allowed me to fix this on-the-fly without disconnecting from any
servers. This feature has been removed for reasons unknown.
If you type "/upgrade screen irssi" and press enter then I expected the
pre-Jaunty behaviour that irssi would restart but that it would now be
running within screen.
4) Instead I get the error "-!- Irssi: Could not find file or file is
not executable"
