I tried the latest stable PPA (deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/transmissionbt/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main) and the nightly build PPA (deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/transmissionbt-nightly/ubuntu jaunty main) but except for a difference in line number, the error is the same.
