Public bug reported:
Using KDE 4.3 beta, from the kubuntu-experimental repository, xorg-intel
driver. System icons display fine, but any user-installed icons seem to
be coming up at max size. This applies to icons installed via "Get Hot
New Stuff," by hand, and via thirdparty repositories (Oxygen-O2 PPA).
(Sorry if this isn't the right place for this bug, I don't report bugs
as often as I should.)
