Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: planner

I recently opened an existing Planner file and attempted to set the
completion status of a number of tasks but it is not possible to set a
value greater than 75%

I've tested with a new Project and the problem persists.

To Replicate:
  Create a new project
  Add a task
Double-Click on the task to open the properties dialog.
Using the 'up arrow' to the right of the Complete field it is not possible
to increase the value beyond 75%
Manually entering a value greater than 75% and clicking close results in
only 75% of teh task bar being shaded (opening the properties dialog shows a
value of 75%)

I've also tried manually dragging the progress (the shaded area) to 100% and
while this displays correctly on the screen it once again shows up as 75% in
the properties dialog.

I'm running 9.04 (Jaunty) - upgraded from 8.10 and Planner
0.14.3-3ubuntu2

** Affects: planner (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
