Whether this is a bug or not, is irrelevant. It is misleading and confusing to
new users plus may discourage further use of aptitude.
It should at the very least be marked as "wishlist"
Solution/Compromise:
The first/last line should be switched, so that users know what is wrong (First
line states: unknown command)
