Public bug reported:
K3b (and probably other things, but we aren't building against polkit-qt
in kdebase-workspace yet) fails to build with the current polkit-qt
release. I updated the package to a new svn snapshot, and merged with
Debian while I was at it. Debian patches up to the same version that we
are now using, so that should be one of the only diffs.
