Public bug reported:
After upgrading to the 4.3 Beta 1 all the Klipper preconfigured actions
disappeared. I have also tested this on a new user and there none.
Acording to http://forum.kde.org/klipper-actions-missing-t-60347.html
they exist in KDE4 trunk, so the problem may have occured during package
creation.
