I'm sorry Corry Maccarrone, but have you modified anything in Nautilus to get that to work? I have upgraded to Jaunty recently, and my system is fairly standard. However, the issue is still present. Are you sure the background you're using is not the default one? If it is, the problem does not appear... The misalignment only happens when the sidepane's background is user-modified.
