Hi Ike, I am using amd64 version. Also 2.6.29.3/4 was tried from http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/ . It look like problem is still exist in main line. the main info as I understend searching in the Internet is

Also i played with iommu (amd gart, soft) - nothing helps.
