Public bug reported:
Since 4.3 Beta 1 KDE supports WICD as an alternative for Network-Manager
as a backend and I believe this also means it is supported by the
plasma-widget. Therefor the dependencies should be changed in a way that
the plasma widget is not removed when WICD is installed.
