Casandro, Okay. It doesn't appear to be a hardware problem. At this point, I suspect KDE4's compositing or perhaps the underlying Xorg server, but, honestly, I'm not sure. Maybe other KDE4 users with your hardware and configuration have experienced similar problems.
Do you have the radeonfb module loaded? What happens if you boot with "vga=normal" appended to the kernel command line?
