Hi I'm encountering some problem with my audio device:
my system is Dell Latitude XT2 with Ubuntu 9.04 installed

Audio device is :

lspci | grep Audio
00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation 82801I (ICH9 Family) HD Audio 
Controller (rev 03)


aplay -l

my alsa-base.conf contains at the end the following entries:

alias snd-card-0 snd-hda-intel
alias sound-slot-0 snd-hda-intel
options snd-hda-intel model=dell-m4-2
options snd-hda-intel enable_msi=1

I try also  with options snd-hda-intel model=auto  parameters but no
audio was reproduced.

in Audio preferences I try the follow configurations:

HDA Intel STAC 92xx Digital and no sound is reproduced

HDA Intel STAC 92xx Analog (OSS) sound test reproduced correctly a beep
, but others audio files isn't played

     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
