Public bug reported:
Currently I can choose if I want single or double click by default only
in nautilus, while such a setting is needed also in other applications,
e.g. beagle. In my opinion, it would be useful if this preference could
be implemented as a global gnome setting, perhaps in the mouse
preferences dialog, and read by other applications.
