Public bug reported:
In Feisty Fawn Herd 2, when I launched the installer on my Toshiba Satellite
1800 the desktop became completely scrambled. The launcher and pager bars were
fine.
I used ctrl+alt+F3 and used ctrl+alt+F7 and the installer popped up on the
screen - the desktop was still scrambled though. The install then went ahead
fine.
