Public bug reported:
Ubuntu 9.04, Inkscape 0.46-5ubuntu4.
Tried to open the Object>Filter Effects... menu in order to open the filters
editor dialog, but Inkscape crash.
Worked well with Ubuntu 8.10. Development versions of Inkscape are not affected
(tested with rev. 21460).
Dependency problem?
