Same problems for me.

Originally using a Logitech bluetooth mouse. Has worked since waaay back
(like feisty? maybe even earlier). Upgraded to Jaunty, and it sort of
worked ... but often (like yesterday) just quits. Dropping and re-
registering says it succeeds, but no mouse movement. Only way to get it
back (if it comes back at all) is to reboot.

Tired of fighting with Bluetooth, I bought a USB mouse.

I plug in the receiver and ... nada. It shows up just as it should with
lsusb and dmesg, but no mouse movement. Plugged it into a WinXP box, and
it works just great. Plug it back in to my laptop and ... nada.

Jaunty is broken with regards to external mouse support.
