Public bug reported:
The standard paper size in Guatemala is US Letter, not A4. I can
confirm it in ubuntu 8.04 and 9.04.
LC_PAPER=es_GT.UTF-8 locale -k LC_PAPER
gives:
height=297
width=210
should be:
height=279
width=216
