On 9.04 the issue is not reproduced the same way as it used to be. When the systems boots the progress bar and the logo look good. Yet when the progress bar goes to the end and right before showing the login screen the picture gets currupted a little. Looks similar as if a 64000 color picture was shown with 256 colors.
